2. Eat a nutrient dense breakfast: Eating protein, healthy fats, and green foods with more nutrients in the morning will help satisfy your body's needs and curve your hunger and cravings throughout the day.



3. Get your blood moving: Movement is key to burning fat and detoxing the body. In fact, when we fail to sweat on a regular basis harmful toxins can build up in the body and get stored in our fat cells!
